Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The deadline for abstract submission is 13 November 2026.
- Abstracts must be relevant to the aims and scientific scope of the symposium.
- Submitted work must be original and contribute to scientific knowledge.
- The abstract should clearly present the objective, scope, methods (if applicable), results, and conclusions of the study. The title should be concise and informative.
- Each abstract must include 3 to 6 keywords.
- The content of the full paper must be consistent with the submitted abstract.
- The abstract should be written as a single paragraph, without paragraph indentation.
- References should not be included in the abstract.
- The abstract must include, in the following order:
- Title of the paper
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliation(s), city, and country
- Authors' names should appear immediately below the title. The presenting author's information (academic title, institutional affiliation, contact details, and ORCID iD, if available) should be indicated in a footnote.
- The abstract title should be centered, written in uppercase letters, and formatted in 12-point regular font.
- The abstract text and keywords should be written in 11-point regular font with 1.5 line spacing.
- Titles of books, journals, and registered trademarks mentioned in the text should be written in italics.
- Abstracts must be submitted only through the official symposium website. Submissions by email, fax, or postal mail will not be considered.
- Abstracts may be submitted in English or Turkish. Submission of a Turkish abstract by international authors is optional.
- The abstract body (excluding the title and author information) must not exceed 250 words.
- Abstracts should be organized under the following headings:
- Objective
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Keywords (minimum of three)
- All abstracts will undergo double peer review by members of the Scientific Committee and/or experts in the relevant field. Accepted submissions will be selected for oral or poster presentation. Authors will be notified of the review outcome by email.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- All oral presentations must be delivered in English.
- Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes, including discussion.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Full papers must not exceed 3,000 words.
- Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions for Authors of the Turkish Journal of Clinical and Cardiovascular Perfusion.
- The deadline for full paper submission is 1 January 2027.
- Full papers must be submitted via the Turkish Journal of Clinical and Cardiovascular Perfusion submission system (https://perfusionjournal.com/) no later than 1 January 2027.
